About the position

Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated team member to structure, lead, deliver, and analyze the sales forecast in support of the Customer Success Group's Sales Organization. This role focuses on delivering the forecast and go-to-market strategy for Success Plan products, utilizing data to forecast performance and provide insights for strategic adjustments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, prepare, and present the weekly sales forecast and quarterly business review to senior leadership.
  • Use data to execute, track, and report on the success of sales initiatives.
  • Identify and recommend areas of strategic focus for the global sales teams.
  • Leverage data and insights to make recommendations to the business, prepare ad-hoc analysis, and lead projects as needed.
  • Represent the Success Plan Sales team on broader cross-functional projects involving other parts of the business as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or related fields.
  • Proven success in sales strategy or business operations related to business metrics, operations, and revenue growth.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, or relevant work experience.
