About the position

The Sales Operations role at Edwards Lifesciences is focused on enhancing patient care through the development and management of sales incentive plans and processes. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, design, and implementation of U.S. sales incentive plans.
  • Own and manage the sales planning process including territory design and quota logic.
  • Calculate and prepare commission statements for the U.S. sales force within specified deadlines.
  • Provide management decision support through ad hoc analyses and reporting.
  • Develop presentations of data and analyses to communicate insights to management.
  • Lead ad hoc projects with measurable business impact through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Primary owner of the development, tracking, and reporting for sales awards.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely commission payouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study.
  • 5 years previous analytical experience including spreadsheets and database management systems.
  • Proven expertise in MS Excel and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good understanding of relational databases and SQL knowledge.
  • Experience with SQL stored procedures and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Excellent analytical ability and advanced technical proficiency with reporting tools.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision.
  • Experience using data visualization tools to develop dashboards.
  • Capability to adapt to proprietary systems such as JD Edwards and Salesforce.com.
