About the position

As a Senior Analyst in Sales Strategy and Operations - Channel at Atlassian, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the Channel organization. This remote-friendly position focuses on consolidating reporting functions and metrics into actionable insights, driving process efficiency, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and forecasting. Your work will guide internal efficiency, profitability, and timely delivery for teams, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the effectiveness of the Channel organization by consolidating reporting functions and metrics.
• Drive efficiency of processes and ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
• Advise the Channel Programs and Channel Incentives teams using analytics.
• Create compelling dashboards to scale insights for the Global Channel team.
• Analyze foundational reporting around SaaS sales metrics and partner programs.
• Work with technical teams to identify stakeholder needs and develop reporting requirements for BI dashboards.
• Monitor Channel performance efficiency and recommend improvement plans.
• Identify root causes and contribute to change management and go-to-market projects.
• Support fiscal year planning, target and OKR setting, and ad-hoc analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Channel/Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics role within a B2B (ideally SaaS) company or in a strategy consulting environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce data, SQL, and Tableau.
• Ability to create compelling presentations and lead data deep-dives for executives.
• Experience in process improvement and enhancing business processes from diagnosis to execution.
