About the position

The Senior Analyst, Salesforce Strategy, Support, and Data Maintenance plays a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce processes for the Major Rugby organization at Cardinal Health. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and upkeep of master data elements, collaborating with various business units to enhance the Salesforce instance, and providing support and training to the sales organization on new processes and functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via understanding, documenting, and training the sales organization on new Salesforce processes and functionality
• Gather requirements and assist in the prioritization of enhancements to Salesforce application
• Lead testing efforts on newly deployed functionality
• Collaborate with the development team to discuss work in progress and raise roadblocks to leadership
• Assist in the documentation of user requirements and management of backlog for sprint meetings
• Maintain accurate Customer Master Data in source systems by managing customer and affiliation files

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 2-4 years of experience, preferred
• Salesforce experience
• SQL experience, preferred
