About the position

The Sr. Analyst, Salesforce Strategy, Support, and Data Maintenance plays a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce processes for the Major Rugby organization. This position focuses on maintaining master data elements and enhancing the Salesforce instance to drive business insights and success. The analyst will collaborate across the business to gather requirements, support the sales organization, and ensure the accuracy of customer master data.

Responsibilities

• Provide support by understanding, documenting, and training the sales organization on new Salesforce processes and functionality.
• Gather requirements and assist in the prioritization of enhancements to the Salesforce application.
• Lead testing efforts on newly deployed functionality.
• Collaborate with the development team to discuss work in progress and raise roadblocks to leadership.
• Assist in the documentation of user requirements and management of backlog for sprint meetings.
• Maintain accurate Customer Master Data in source systems by managing customer and affiliation files.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience, preferred.
• Salesforce experience.
• SQL experience, preferred.
