About the position

The Senior Analyst, Security at Raytheon is responsible for developing, administering, and maintaining security policies and procedures in compliance with various government regulations. This role is crucial in ensuring the security of proprietary programs and involves working closely with customers and government entities. The position requires a proactive approach to security management in a fast-paced environment, focusing on compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other relevant guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer security procedures related to operating in a classified environment, including personnel processing and media control.
• Implement local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans.
• Assist in security oversight and management for subcontractors and subordinate business units.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of a secure facility in accordance with ICD 705.
• Establish and oversee procedures for the transmission of classified and/or proprietary material.
• Conduct internal reviews and participate in Government inspections.
• Investigate security infractions and prepare reports on potential risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience as a security professional supporting SAP and/or SCI programs.
• Familiarity with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, JSIG, DAAPM, and/or ICD 705.
• Experience with access control systems and government personnel access systems.
• Degree in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Completed training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE.
