About the position

The Senior Analyst, Security at Raytheon is responsible for administering and maintaining security policies and procedures in compliance with various government regulations in a classified environment. This role involves overseeing security operations, managing security procedures, and ensuring compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and other relevant guidelines. The position requires collaboration with subcontractors and internal teams to uphold security standards and conduct investigations into security violations.

Responsibilities

  • Administer security procedures related to personnel processing, media control, and document marking in a classified environment.
  • Implement local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans.
  • Assist in security oversight and management for subcontractors and subordinate business units.
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of secure facilities in accordance with ICD 705.
  • Establish procedures for the transmission of classified and proprietary information.
  • Conduct internal reviews and participate in Government inspections.
  • Investigate security infractions and prepare reports on potential risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience as a security professional supporting SAP and/or SCI programs.
  • Familiarity with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, JSIG, DAAPM, and/or ICD 705.
  • Experience with access control systems and government personnel access systems.
  • Degree in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, or Criminal Justice.
  • Completed training or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE.
