About the position

The Senior Analyst, Sustainability Technology Product & Data is responsible for evaluating complex project and program management information within the Sustainability Technology Program. This role supports the Director of Sustainable Products and Suppliers, ensuring optimal performance across Sustainability Technology Programs, focusing on sustainability sales growth and site operations. The analyst will guide product development, manage risks, and create dashboards to track sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with various teams to create and maintain data products that track Sysco Sustainability Initiatives.
• Owns and maintains sustainability reporting data products and ensures timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Key contributor to all parts of sustainability technology product development including planning, requirements gathering, and deployment.
• Tracks multiple product builds via JIRA and documents requirements via Confluence.
• Maintains and updates sustainability dashboards and reporting.
• Supports governance controls across the project lifecycle.
• Monitors and controls reporting of high-impact technology program risks.
• Consolidates and documents components of the Sustainability Technology program.
• Acts as a translator between business and technical teams regarding product/project needs.
• Establishes and manages reviews across the Sustainability Technology program.
• Gathers and reviews data to ensure program outcomes are likely to be achieved.
• Maintains governance arrangements for performance reviews of portfolios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role.
• Collaboration with a Portfolio and/or Program Office.
• Excellent knowledge of product information management and master data management.
• Understanding of project/program planning and project management tools.
• Experience with developing management information reports and executive summaries.
• Ability to collaborate and influence teams to gather information and remediate issues.
• Experience in data analysis and business process analysis.
• Comfortable discussing data and technology products with stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience in project/program management, with sustainability experience preferred.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Office.
• Knowledge of Tableau and advanced data analysis through Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of food service distribution and associated supply chains.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility or sustainability positions.
• Good understanding of various sustainable certification programs.
• Proven experience or passion for sustainability and climate topics.
• Familiarity with SBTi standards.
