About the position

The Senior Analyst for Transatlantic Pricing at Delta's Revenue Management Team in Atlanta, GA, is responsible for developing and analyzing the market-level pricing strategy for transatlantic routes. This role focuses on maximizing revenue through effective pricing segmentation, fare structure, and competitive positioning, while collaborating with partners such as Air France, KLM, and Virgin Atlantic. The analyst will utilize existing tools and create new ones to enhance performance tracking and identify revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data quickly and summarize results effectively to present conclusions and recommendations.
  • Coordinate published pricing actions with TATL Joint Venture partners (AirFrance/KLM, and Virgin Atlantic).
  • Identify and analyze market issues and trends to determine appropriate pricing actions and conduct post-audit assessments.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to peers within the team.
  • Work collaboratively in a time-sensitive, team-focused environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Prior analytical experience managing complex and high-profile market scopes or projects independently.
  • Ability to create or enhance existing processes/tools and develop analytical modeling.
  • Experience participating in multiple cross-divisional projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with pricing systems (ATPCO, Sabre AirPrice AVFM) and unpublished pricing.
  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Brio/Hyperion/SAS is a plus.
  • Experience in pricing, revenue management, or a related field.
