About the position

The Senior Analyst, Operations Administration at Hyundai GLOVIS America Inc. is responsible for processing billing and payments using TMS and SAP, managing logistics services, and ensuring accurate accounting settlements. This role involves coordinating freight moves, resolving logistics issues, and maintaining up-to-date rate information while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide logistics services including warehousing, freight forwarding, and transportation.
  • Monitor in/outbound of freight on ocean, inland, or air.
  • Monitor full manufacturing order cycle including JIT, JIS, and ASN.
  • Coordinate freight moves with customers and carriers.
  • Resolve any arising logistics problems.
  • Support customer inquiries.
  • Process A/R and A/P for Logistics Services.
  • Process A/R billing to customers using TMS, SAP and manual invoices.
  • Audit A/P invoices and process payments using TMS and SAP.
  • Report cumulative accounting data along with delivery information.
  • Maintain up-to-date rate information on system.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute RFQ to carriers.
  • Compile rate proposal from carriers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in fast-paced, professional, business environment Required
  • Proficient level skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Required
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills Required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required
  • Experience using TMS and SAP Preferred
  • Ability to recognize critical issues that require management involvement Preferred
  • Bilingual in Korean Preferred

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Accounting, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain Management Preferred
