About the position

The Senior Analyst - Warehouse Operations at NAVIEN, Inc. is responsible for managing warehouse-related data, developing long-term logistics strategies, and generating reports to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and effective communication to support the Sr. Shipping/Materials Manager and the Shipping/Toano Manager.

Responsibilities

• Establish and progress strategic plans for warehouses
• Ensure optimal utilization of staff, space, and processes
• Assist with new projects such as 3PL and the launch of new goods
• Recommend and implement improvement strategies to optimize operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels
• Manage WMS/SAP responsibilities including setting up locations, troubleshooting, and providing training
• Oversee warehouse budget and investment management
• Maintain parts inventory accuracy and manage inventory storage
• Prepare and report daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory
• Lead cycle counts and physical inventory checks while managing daily logs
• Conduct stock analysis using ABC classification to prevent obsolete materials
• Perform WMS/SAP inventory discrepancy comparison analysis
• Maintain communication with AMO and sales teams to resolve challenges
• Monitor and report on daily shipments
• Conduct customer claim analysis and implement prevention plans
• Enter, confirm, and schedule all receiving-related data
• Ensure daily WMS-SAP data accuracy
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and report on warehouse ledger
• Maintain and create logistics-related data
• Control packaging materials and warehouse supplies
• Manage warehouse equipment and purchase supplies
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage warehouse-related data
• Experience in developing logistics strategies
• Experience with WMS/SAP systems
