Responsibilities

  • Lead scientific projects in Market Access or Rare Diseases.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and within timelines.
  • Interact regularly with clients to provide strategic advice.
  • Train and supervise junior project team members.
  • Review work from junior colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify new clients and write proposals for projects.
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
  • Contribute to business development and identify opportunities for additional services.

Requirements

  • A degree level or higher qualification in a scientific discipline (minimum GPA 3.3).
  • At least 2 years' professional experience in a healthcare consulting role or similar industry role.
  • Strong scientific writing skills tailored to different audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of written accuracy.
  • Excellent proficiency in written English and arithmetic.
  • Excellent data presentation skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Sufficient technical and strategic knowledge for client recommendations.
  • Experience in direct communication with clients or key stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain exceptional customer service under competing demands.
  • Project management skills for timely project delivery.
  • Ability to motivate colleagues and take a leadership role.
  • Experience supporting junior colleagues with their learning and development.
