About the position

The Senior Analytic Data Engineer is responsible for architecting and engineering solutions related to analytic data within the organization. This role involves collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to design, build, and maintain data solutions, including dashboards and data access pathways. The incumbent will also oversee the operation of data platforms for analytic data discovery and provide guidance to intermediate contributors while engaging with customers for specific projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect and engineer solutions for the Analytic Data Warehouse in collaboration with IT teams.
• Assemble, test, process, and maintain the Analytic Discovery Platform for the organization.
• Incorporate alternative analytic data systems into the operational data flow for the Analytics Teams.
• Independently lead functional efforts for assigned projects with limited supervision.
• Provide guidance and education to intermediate contributors within the team.
• Meet individually with customers for specific projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Healthcare Informatics, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of Data Analytics experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in Management Information Systems
• 1 - 3 years of Data Warehousing experience
• 1 - 3 years of Database Administration experience
• 5 - 7 years of Healthcare Industry experience
• Experience with building dashboards in Tableau
• Experience with Salesforce and Adobe analytic platforms
