About the position

The Senior Analytics Engineer will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing an AI-enabled contract lifecycle management (CLM) system. This position requires a highly skilled individual with over 5 years of experience in data engineering, particularly in AI systems, machine learning model development, and data management. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of data pipelines and the deployment of AI models in production environments, ultimately contributing to the organization's performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical aspects of implementing an AI-enabled contract lifecycle management system.
• Ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency of the system.
• Collaborate with CLM vendors, data scientists, QA teams, and AI specialists to fine-tune machine learning models, including NLP models for contract analysis.
• Design and implement data pipelines for the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of contract data.
• Optimize database design and management for contract data, utilizing SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI models in production environments.
• Implement and maintain best practices for data governance, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance.
• Use data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Partner with teams such as legal, finance, and business operations to ensure system integration meets business requirements.
• Work closely with the project manager to identify essential tasks and define project timelines.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant experience in data engineering or a related role required.
• Expertise in designing and implementing ETL pipelines and data integration processes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with machine learning models, especially NLP models, and deploying AI in production environments.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data governance and master data management best practices.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
