About the position

At Super.com, we are on a mission to help maximize lives, both for our customers and our employees. We believe that work should be more than just a job; it should be an opportunity to unlock one's potential. As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in evolving our foundational data infrastructure, primarily supporting our finance department. This position involves owning the analytics infrastructure for our products from end-to-end, which includes data ingestion, reporting, and activation. Your work will ensure high data quality and availability for our datasets, which is essential for effective reporting and analysis needed to scale our ventures. In this role, you will be an ambassador for our data-driven culture, shaping data to facilitate analysis, insight generation, and decision-making. You will be responsible for ingesting, cleaning, and organizing raw data in a way that makes sense for both you and the team. Leading data projects from ingestion to reporting will be a key challenge, requiring you to oversee, scope, and work with ambiguity to make uncertainty certain. Collaboration is vital, as you will liaise between Business, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business requirements into proper data capture and schema design. As a senior member of the team, you will help shape the data model at Super, advancing our broader analytics strategy and building trust within the organization. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand existing processes and collaborate to design and implement improved and automated processes that enhance our data capabilities.
