About the position

As a Senior Analytics Engineer at CLEAR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital and biometric identification products. Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, testing, and deploying applications that enhance our platform, which interconnects various attributes and qualifications while prioritizing member privacy and security. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to building a scalable data system that allows Analysts and Engineers to make self-service changes in an automated, tested, secure, and high-quality manner. This role requires a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for architectural decision-making, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement in technology and processes at CLEAR. In this position, you will develop and maintain data pipelines that collect, clean, and transform data, owning the end-to-end data product from ingestion to visualization. You will also be responsible for building processes that support data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with product teams and other stakeholders to uncover requirements, innovate, and solve complex problems. Your ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences will be essential in this role, as will your experience in mentoring less experienced team members. At CLEAR, we value curiosity about technology and a belief in constant learning. You will have the autonomy to determine what is important and to navigate through ambiguity as you contribute to our mission of creating frictionless experiences for our members.
