About the position

The Senior Analytics Manager for Digital Marketing Analytics will lead a team of analysts to provide actionable insights that drive client strategies across various industries. This role focuses on leveraging data to measure marketing results, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improving marketing performance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of media planning, website tracking, and advanced analytics techniques, while also mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 1-2 junior analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development.
  • Own end-to-end client deliverables, translating complex data analyses into actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive measurement frameworks across paid media, owned, and earned channels.
  • Drive optimization strategies through advanced analytics, A/B testing, and customer journey analysis.
  • Partner with media planning teams to inform campaign strategy and budget allocation.
  • Design and implement custom tracking solutions and analytics implementations.
  • Create automated reporting solutions and interactive dashboards.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics
  • Strong expertise in web analytics platforms (i.e., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Proficiency in media platforms and performance analysis (i.e., Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic)
  • Advanced knowledge of tag management systems and tracking implementation (i.e., Google Tag Manager, TealiumIQ)
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (i.e., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
  • Proven agency track record of leading analytics projects and managing client relationships
  • Experience managing and developing junior team members
  • Knowledge of marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools a plus
