Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Developer in Reference Data Technology. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for supporting an Operations team in a high-pressure environment where timeliness and quality of data are of utmost importance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in architecture and design, with full-stack development experience in Angular, Java, and SQL. In addition to technical prowess, the candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with users and translate their requirements into appropriate solutions. In this role, you will work with Data vendors and the Data Mastering platform to provide high-quality tooling and solutions to business problems. You will identify commonly used components and create packages to build reusable code. Close collaboration with QA and Support teams will be essential to ensure high-quality software releases and supportability. You will also be responsible for translating UX design into workable Angular components and staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to reference data technology. Automating tasks through appropriate tools and scripting will be part of your responsibilities, as well as collaborating with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products. Additionally, you will document development phases and monitor systems to ensure smooth operations.
