About the position

The Senior Application Developer (Angular UI Development) at ADP is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-friendly, responsive web applications using Angular frameworks. The position also involves mentoring junior developers and continuously improving UI/UX processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality UI applications using Angular frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of web applications.
• Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and optimize user interfaces.
• Work on continuous improvement of UI/UX processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in application development with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
• Proficiency in Angular framework.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
• Familiarity with front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
• Proven experience in building and deploying modern web applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
