About the position

As a Senior Application Developer Full Stack with Parallon, you will play a crucial role in the Information Technology team, focusing on developing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions that meet business needs. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including business representatives, client relationship managers, and technical leads, to analyze and document both functional and non-functional business requirements. You will utilize standard business analyst tools such as use cases, prototypes, and entity relationship diagrams to ensure comprehensive understanding and documentation of requirements. In this role, you will lead elicitation sessions using various methods, including interviews and documentation analysis, to gather requirements from executives, managers, and subject matter experts. You will also be responsible for delivering formal presentations to upper management, showcasing your findings and recommendations. Your extensive technical knowledge will enable you to identify opportunities for optimizing business processes through technology, and you will function as a technical lead, providing coaching and mentoring to less experienced team members. Managing large-scale projects will be a key responsibility, where you will coordinate multiple internal and external resources, track project progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates. You will interact with vendors and application developers to create complex solutions that evaluate ROI, budget, risks, and timelines. Additionally, you will provide second-level support for escalated incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with users. Your role will also involve maintaining technical documentation, overseeing application code changes, and ensuring data security and integrity. You will guide others in executing rigorous test plans to validate that implemented solutions meet documented requirements.
