As a Senior Application Engineer specializing in Data Management at Ansys, you will play a pivotal role in the Customer Excellence team, where your primary focus will be on partnering with customers to address their engineering challenges and enhance their design workflows using Ansys software, particularly Ansys Minerva for Simulation and Process Data Management (SPDM). In this role, you will be responsible for leading and assisting in the coordination and execution of all technical activities throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle. This includes conducting technical discovery sessions, delivering product presentations, and facilitating product demonstrations and evaluations. Your ability to interact with customers will be essential as you analyze their product design needs and engineering workflows, ensuring that you can effectively articulate the value proposition of Ansys products. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your position, as you will work closely with Ansys product development teams to translate customer requirements into new product features. You will also be involved in testing new releases of Ansys products on real-world industrial problems, ensuring that the solutions provided meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. Additionally, you will support Ansys field and digital marketing efforts, lead consulting services, and conduct training classes ranging from introductory to advanced levels.
