About the position

The Senior Application Engineer UI Path RPA at Parallon is responsible for providing development and consultative support for multiple Business Intelligence (BI) applications across various lines of business. This role involves collaborating with senior business executives to understand data needs, designing technical plans, and ensuring a stable IT infrastructure through effective release management and troubleshooting. The position also includes mentoring junior developers and contributing to the overall performance and security of BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create a stable information technology infrastructure by maintaining a consistent release policy and executing release upgrades.
• Identify, report, and fix bugs and deficiencies in BI tools with vendor assistance.
• Set and achieve SLAs that deliver high levels of availability, reliability, and security.
• Develop BI Reporting architecture, reports, dashboards, and guided analytics.
• Assist in creating product roadmaps for BI solutions.
• Provide leadership in administration, development, and maintenance of security provisioning for BI solutions.
• Promote BI solutions across the IT&S organization and provide guidance to application development teams.
• Support infrastructure for Development, QA, and Production application servers.
• Contribute to system-wide performance monitoring, business continuity planning, and software upgrade planning.
• Consult and mentor junior developers to help them grow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• 3-5 years of UI Path RPA Development experience.
• Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree requirement.
• Experience with HCA systems preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with MicroStrategy, Tableau, BusinessObjects 4.x, PowerBI, SQL Reporting Services, SSAS, SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata.
