In this role, you will standardize and develop new test methods leveraging a wide range of analytical test methods, including both destructive and non-destructive testing. You will leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and testing processes, utilizing your consultative skills when interacting with customers to build trust and transparency in managing their incidents. Participation in customer presentations and consulting them on best practices applied in the respective field will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will also communicate with and consult AE field roles, KAMs, project teams, and customers, leading internal and external technical requests and projects. Additionally, you will support and ensure the completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plans on customer and overall product performance complaints. This position will require traveling of up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize and develop new test methods leveraging a wide range of analytical test methods (destructive/non-destructive testing)
  • Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and testing processes
  • Utilize consultative skills when interacting with customers to build trust and transparency in managing their incidents
  • Participate in customer presentations and consult them on best practices applied in the respective field
  • Communicate with and consult AE field roles, KAMs, project teams, and customers
  • Lead internal and external technical requests and projects
  • Support and ensure completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plans on customer and overall product performance complaints

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar field
  • 2-5 years of industry experience in a relative field
  • Experience in the lab environment and test methodologies highly preferred
  • Experience with customer interaction and presentation highly preferred
  • Having a self-starter attitude and problem-solving skills
