Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable and stable applications or technology solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software developers and Engineers.
• Contribute to the entire implementation process, driving improvements based on business needs and architectural enhancements.
• Meet with business partners to understand their needs and requirements.
• Responsible for the overall design of the solution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes.
• Create implementation plans for software deployments.
• Engage in software development and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrated understanding of business processes related to healthcare.
• Software development experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodology is required.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data retrieval from relational databases is required.
• Experience in workflow design, configuration, and process development is required.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and web development technologies (HTML, XML, XSL, XSLT, jQuery, CSS, AJAX) is required.
• Advanced understanding of IT processes and disciplines, including software development, operations, and infrastructure.
• Experience creating implementation plans for software deployments.
• Experience with code moves using manual and automated processes, with Jenkins experience being a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
