About the position

As a Senior Applications Consultant at Corbion, you will play a pivotal role in standardizing and supporting global CRM processes while onboarding a digital program. This position is part of our expanding IT Global Applications team for Commerce, which is dedicated to enhancing and innovating our Global CRM processes. You will be instrumental in facilitating end-user adoption and optimizing business processes, working alongside a team of experienced colleagues as we advance in our digital transformation journey. Your contributions will not only support the organization's growth ambitions but also foster your own professional development. In this role, you will provide first and second line support for global applications within the commercial business domain, which includes sales, customer service, and marketing. You will collaborate closely with the Solutions Architect to translate business demands into feasible IT projects and solutions. Your responsibilities will also include the preparation and execution of change management requests, managing and collaborating with third-party support, and ensuring that the knowledge within your team is current and well-documented. You will work independently and with users to define and document enhancement requests, assisting them in determining the correct data solutions for their unique projects and tasks. Additionally, you will evaluate, develop, test, and deploy platform enhancements, providing guidance and support to Agile teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Other duties will be assigned based on business needs, allowing you to engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Solutions Architect to translate business demand into feasible IT projects and solutions

  • Manage/Collaborate with third party support
  • Collaborate with other team members and ensure the knowledge of the team is up-to-date and documented
  • Work independently and with users to define and document enhancement requests
  • Assist users in determining the correct data solution for their unique projects and tasks
  • Evaluate, develop, test and deploy platform enhancements
  • Provide guidance and support to Agile teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Other duties as determined by business need

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Expertise in the Salesforce platforms, with the ability to build workflows/processes, custom views and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Expertise in CRM processes such as sales/pipeline management, lead management, and marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in Sitecore CMS, including Sitecore CMS, Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), and Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC)
  • Experience with Sitecore content management, workflow, and personalization features
  • Agile project management experience, preferably as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Experience supporting integration solutions, tools, workflows, and automation
  • Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage projects, influence direction, and cope with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and deliver quality customer service
  • Success evaluating and prioritizing information gathered from multiple sources and reconciling conflicts
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements and other integrated systems
