About the position

The Senior Architect at FENNIE+MEHL Architects will lead design activities across various project types, focusing on corporate interiors. This role involves project management, client interaction, and collaboration with a team of architects and designers to create innovative and award-winning designs. Responsibilities

• Handle professional design activities across a wide variety of project types.
• Lead staff and assist senior leaders in production and project management.
• Manage client relationships and related responsibilities.
• Contribute to project delivery and business development activities.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with senior management, clients, staff, and consultants.
• Produce conceptual and fully executed designs with strong creative ideas.
• Manage project-specific budget, schedule, workload, and staffing with minimal oversight.
• Mentor and provide leadership support to other team members.

Requirements

• 7-10 years minimum professional work experience with a focus on Corporate Interiors.
• Graduation from an accredited five-year college (B-Arch) or university with major coursework in architectural design.
• CA Architectural License in active standing or on track to complete.
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Excel, MS Office tools, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
