We're looking for a talented and innovative Senior Architect to support our transformation journey building a new ERP solution and help us achieve our mission to become a Data-informed, AI-enabled, Digital-first company. This person would play a crucial role in designing and optimizing data architecture systems while navigating tight timelines, complex environments characterized by ambiguity and changing priorities. Knowledge of ERP applications especially of Oracle and SAP is highly valued. As a key steward, the Senior Architect would be entrusted with ultimate accountability, responsibility, and ownership to build outstanding solutions. This position will work very closely Leadership, Principal Architects and Development team members to build out and implement the Platform Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Owns E2E solution design for data across multiple workstreams in the ERP transformation journey.
  • Lead the overall technical design and end-to-end solution design for assigned initiatives.
  • Provide oversight in standards alignment through reviews of technical artifacts.
  • Work with project teams in definition of requirements for integration strategies.
  • Assist with incident response, solving, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
  • Partner with leaders of other subject areas to ensure proposed solutions align with various architectures.
  • Develop robust, high-availability, high-performance, and adaptable solutions for latest platforms.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data migration strategy from SAP to Oracle ERP.
  • Design and optimize conceptual and logical data models to support the new ERP system.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle ERP with existing systems and data sources.
  • Establish data quality standards and governance frameworks.
  • Optimize database performance and scalability to meet business needs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data architecture, migration processes, and system configurations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in data architecture and data migration, with specific experience in SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
  • Extensive experience in data architecture, data modeling, and database design.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Experience with data modeling tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
  • Prior development experience - Java, database technologies, Relational no sql technologies.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge on Oracle - AWS Cloud platforms.
  • Implementation of AI/ML solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud).
  • Certification in Oracle or SAP technologies.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
