About the position

The Healthcare Architect will work with a local architecture firm, focusing on back-of-house designs for healthcare facilities. This role involves coordinating with clients and ensuring compliance with healthcare design standards, particularly in remodeling hospitals and doctors' offices. The position reports to the Lead Architect of the Healthcare Division.

Responsibilities

• Design back-of-house layouts for healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FGI guidelines and state health department approvals.
• Remodel existing healthcare facilities, including hospitals and doctors' offices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare design, specifically in remodeling healthcare facilities.
• Knowledge of FGI guidelines and state health department regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
