About the position

The Senior Architectural Designer will play a crucial role in an established architectural firm, focusing on the production of architectural design and construction documents for multifamily residential and commercial projects. The position requires a strong understanding of local codes and regulations, including ADA and FHA, and proficiency in Revit to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of architectural design and construction documents.
• Coordinate the project team in the preparation, detailing, and delivery of architectural drawings.
• Work with engineering consultants to ensure project alignment.
• Perform standard architectural construction administration tasks.
• Conduct code research and ensure compliance with local and federal codes.
• Plot and assemble document sets for project delivery.
• Engage in post-production detailing and other architectural duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of U.S. working experience in the production of architectural construction documents.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Working knowledge of local and federal codes including FBC, FHA, and ADA.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
