About the position

The Senior Art Director, Creative Development at Dentsu Aegis Network is a hybrid role combining design and art direction. The role emphasizes collaboration with copywriters and strategists within a creative team, focusing on integrated campaigns and high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Concept and design storyboards for videos, photo shoots, and branding projects.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and other creatives to develop integrated campaigns.
• Create a variety of campaign deliverables including social media posts, online videos, and email campaigns.
• Work directly with clients to build and design creative solutions from scratch.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, particularly in campaign development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team setting.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas across various media formats.
