About the position

The Senior Art Director for Digital Marketing at Dentsu Creative US will be responsible for creating data-driven digital work that supports various channels including print, digital, and social media. This role focuses on developing creative activations that align with client branding requirements while enhancing response strategies to achieve client goals. The position requires collaboration with teams to produce relevant content for unique audiences and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the digital marketing space.

Responsibilities

  • Create digital-first, data-driven work that supports print, digital, and social direct response channels.
  • Develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy for specific audiences across channels.
  • Partner with teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.
  • Apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to work.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Present work internally and to clients while building client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Art Direction experience in creative advertising and performance creative.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in art directing creative for Digital Experiences, Direct Mail, Online Display, Email, and Paid Social including video.
  • Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods.
  • Brand development experience.
