Responsibilities

  • Develop on-brand creative concepts for assigned projects in collaboration with a copy partner, ensuring consistency across all tactics.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives, aligning creative work with core insights and strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and present a variety of design execution options for review with supervisors and internal teams.
  • Conduct image searches, attend photoshoots, and assist with pre- and post-production processes, including developing mood boards, talent selection, client review, and shot list creation.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Account, Strategy, Social, and UX, demonstrating a clear understanding of team roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintain detailed records of feedback and direction to ensure all client and internal requirements are met.
  • Stay current with industry trends, artists, film, CGI, photography, and other relevant creative fields.
  • Confidently present creative work to clients, articulating how designs meet strategic and business objectives.
  • Manage multiple assignments of varying scope, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing strategic and conceptual thinking.
  • Experience in the healthcare/pharma industry is required.
  • 3-4 years of relevant client or agency experience.
