About the position

The Senior Art Director will join the Performance Creative team at Dentsu Creative US, focusing on creating performance-driven work for a global tech client. This role emphasizes the development of conceptual and strategic creative activations across various channels, including print, digital, and social media, while ensuring alignment with branding requirements. The position requires collaboration with teams to enhance response strategies and achieve client goals, leveraging audience insights and current trends in creative advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Create performance-driven work for print, digital, and social direct response channels.
  • Develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy for specific audiences.
  • Partner with teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.
  • Apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to work.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in creative advertising.
  • Present work internally and to clients while building client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Art Direction experience in creative advertising and performance creative.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with art directing creative for Direct Mail, Online Display, Email, Social, and Digital Experiences including video.
  • Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods.
  • Brand development experience.
