The Senior Art Director will join OUTFRONT XLabs, the award-winning, cross-disciplinary, creative innovation group focused on the intersection of human-centered design and outdoor media. The group is dedicated to integrating emerging technologies into out of home to power cutting-edge creative, today and tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all creative concepting and design efforts for digital campaigns.
  • Serve as the conceptual and artistic lead for digital creative for OUTFRONT sales, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Generate concepts and produce comps for client pitch initiatives.
  • Create high-quality visuals for paid social media campaigns targeting B2B audiences.
  • Strategically refine and optimize creative assets based on performance data and feedback.
  • Ensure all creative assets are tailored and optimized for Meta and LinkedIn specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Creative Producer and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience as a digital designer or art director with a focus on digital campaign development.
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating creative intention behind previous work.
  • Effective communication and excellent verbal presentation skills.
  • Mastery of design software including Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Intermediary skills in Premiere and 3D software (Blender, C4D or comparable) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Figma is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to aesthetics, typography, detail, and storytelling.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with social media advertising formats and best practices for B2B campaigns.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in creative design.
