Teladoc Health is seeking a Senior Art Director to join its in-house Creative Team. This role is crucial for delivering impactful campaigns that connect the company's products and services to improved patient outcomes. The Senior Art Director will collaborate closely with a Senior Copywriter and various cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing strategies that enhance member engagement and grow the member base. The ideal candidate will possess advanced storytelling and design skills, along with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to their work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class campaigns and content
• Nurture and inspire teams of Art Directors
• Deliver differentiated and strategic thinking across all marketing channels
• Develop and oversee content creation for all channels
• Understand and accomplish measurable results
• Cultivate and oversee a growing team of junior and mid-level Art Directors, Copywriters, and Content Creators

Requirements

• 5+ years of Creative experience
• An innovative and creative vision
• Passion for making a positive impact in people's lives
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
• Proven success executing on a broad spectrum of marketing communications projects
• Positive work ethic and attitude
• Agility in a dynamic work environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; AfterEffects is a plus
