About the position

The Senior Art Director (SAD) at EVERSANA INTOUCH® plays a pivotal role within the creative team, taking full ownership of concepting and art/design development across a diverse range of projects. This position requires a solid background in designing materials specifically for pharmaceutical marketing, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of marketing and advertising principles. The SAD is responsible for ensuring that all work adheres to brand standards, meets deadlines, and ultimately exceeds client expectations. This role involves presenting and defending creative work to both internal teams and clients, showcasing the ability to articulate and sell the agency's vision effectively. In addition to creative responsibilities, the SAD is expected to be a proactive leader and mentor to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. The role demands strong conceptual skills, enabling the SAD to deliver original and compelling creative solutions across various communication channels, including digital, print, and video. The SAD will work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to distill complex medical information into clear and engaging visual communications, ensuring that the materials produced are not only aesthetically pleasing but also educational and persuasive. The Senior Art Director must also be adept at navigating the pharmaceutical regulatory landscape, ensuring compliance while maintaining creativity. This position requires a commitment to meeting billability targets and effective communication regarding workload management. The SAD will actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to new business initiatives, and serve as a trusted creative partner within the organization, building strong relationships across departments to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for concepting and art/design development for a range of projects.

  • Contribute to new business efforts and internal initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in developing multichannel creative for pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and design finesse.
  • Strategic acumen with the ability to clarify content-heavy work.
  • Mastery of pharmaceutical regulatory processes.
