About the position

The Senior Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Engineer at MUFG is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure solutions for AI platforms. This role involves collaborating with senior AI programmers to ensure optimal performance and integration of AI systems into existing frameworks. The engineer will lead efforts in orchestrating teams to develop AI platform solutions while addressing project challenges as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions for AI platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with senior AI programmers to understand AI model requirements and deploy them efficiently.
• Maintain and optimize AI platform infrastructure to support the development and deployment of AI applications.
• Develop automation tools and frameworks to streamline the deployment and management of AI platforms.
• Monitor AI platforms and infrastructure to proactively address issues and ensure continuous availability.
• Document infrastructure design, maintenance procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on AI or machine learning platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing services, containerization technologies, and orchestration tools.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
