About the position

As a Senior Asset Manager within PNC's Tax Credit organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing portfolios and managing customer requests of high complexity. This position requires a deep understanding of transaction analysis and the ability to review and process customer requests related to asset servicing. You will monitor watch list assets and may transfer assets to the special servicing area as needed. Your responsibilities will include preparing and presenting cases and approval memoranda for leadership, making suitable recommendations, and managing reserve administration. Additionally, you may perform or coordinate inspections and complete reports to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. In this role, you will review financial statements related to the assets, as well as market and economic data, to assess the economic and compliance impacts on operations. You will interpret loan documents and servicing agreements, perform risk ratings, create investor reports, and escalate issues as necessary. Managing credit risk and compliance documentation will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with identifying process improvement opportunities and updating policies and procedures as required. Frequent communication with internal and external parties, including high-touch customers, outside counsel, agencies, special servicers, and investors, will be essential to your success in this position. Responsibilities

  • Oversee portfolios and customer requests of high complexity.

  • Engage in frequent communication with internal and external parties.

Requirements

  • University/college degree with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Knowledge of asset management, financial accounting, and investment management.
  • Ability to gather and report data effectively.
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in financial statement analysis and investment reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and negotiate effectively.
