About the position

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective asset protection strategies that align with the company's goals and values. This includes collaborating closely with Internal Control, Operations, and Store Management to foster a culture of safety and security across all retail locations. In this role, you will facilitate Safety Awareness trainings for staff, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and mitigate potential risks. You will also oversee third-party security personnel and store staff, guiding them in the adoption of prevention strategies and techniques designed to minimize loss and enhance the overall security posture of the organization. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a proactive environment where safety and security are prioritized. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Security Supervision, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in investigation techniques and security equipment, such as CCTV and alarm systems, to effectively manage and respond to incidents. Additionally, your ability to supervise multiple staff members and your experience in a multi-store retail environment will be essential for success in this role. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment are also key attributes for this position.

Responsibilities
