The CFO will guide resource allocation to support departmental and divisional priorities, ensuring that financial objectives are met in collaboration with senior-level administrators both within DCARD and across the institution. The role requires a seasoned financial executive with a robust background in athletics administration, financial management, and compliance. The CFO will be expected to produce and analyze financial reports, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while also providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as this position will serve on DCARD's Leadership Team. Depending on the discretion of the Director of Athletics and Recreation, the CFO may also oversee varsity sport administration, adding another layer of responsibility to this critical role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all financial and business operations of DCARD.
• Oversee financial operations, budgetary planning, and fiscal management.
• Guide resource allocation to support departmental and divisional priorities.
• Collaborate with senior level administrators to achieve financial and budgetary objectives.
• Produce and analyze financial reports to ensure compliance and inform decision-making.
• Serve on DCARD's Leadership Team and contribute to strategic planning.
• Potentially oversee varsity sport administration as determined by the Director of Athletics and Recreation.

Requirements
