About the position

Wayfair is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Global Customer Service Change Management team. This role focuses on the people side of change, ensuring successful implementation of organizational projects and initiatives. The Change Manager Associate will own the change management framework, develop strategies to minimize disruption, and maximize employee adoption, making it an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure organization's change management framework is continuously evaluated and refined for effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
  • Establish and nurture strong working relationships with teams across Operations to promote collaboration and alignment for successful change outcomes.
  • Facilitate the Global Customer Service Leadership Change Board forum for thorough review and alignment of initiatives, fostering strategic decision-making and collaboration.
  • Oversee management of the Global Customer Service Change Calendar to schedule and implement changes appropriately, minimizing disruption and maximizing effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of change management efforts, collecting data and providing actionable insights to project teams and leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree earned by date of hire
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong project management capabilities
