About the position

As a Senior Associate in Client Implementations at BNY, you will play a crucial role in advising clients and providing project management support for onboarding, transition, and conversion projects. This position is part of the Treasury Services Implementations team, and you will be working in a hybrid environment, with locations in Pittsburgh, PA, and Lake Mary, FL. Your contributions will directly impact the client experience and the efficiency of project management processes within the organization. In this role, you will be a member of a dedicated team responsible for guiding clients through complex onboarding processes. You will coach and mentor team members on project management best practices, serving as an escalation point for complex issues that may arise during client implementations. Your expertise will be essential in advising clients on appropriate solutions and ensuring that their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be tasked with researching, developing, and establishing methodologies, protocols, and processes that facilitate or improve project management and enhance the client onboarding experience. This includes tracking and reporting on results and outcomes for client implementations and projects, as well as understanding team metrics and dashboards to measure success. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will liaise with peer leaders across product, technology, and client service teams to ensure seamless integration of activities and required hand-offs. Your ability to resolve complex client onboarding issues will be vital in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients and provide project management support for onboarding, transition, and conversion projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience, with at least 0-1 years of project management experience preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
