Multi-Asset Solutions - Systematic, outcome-orientated, relative balanced, bespoke and building blocks
We're seeking a future team member for the role of Performance Analyst to join our Risk team. This role is located in Boston, MA - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Responsible for performance measurement and oversight of performance calculations, contribution, and attribution analysis across various accounts and investment products.
Collaborate with different teams to enhance performance data quality and improve existing processes and procedures.
Respond to inquiries about performance results using third-party tools and conduct necessary research while building effective relationships with requestors.
Involved in strategic and tactical project initiatives, including defining business requirements, testing, and analyzing results.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4-6 years of experience in investment performance and/or investment accounting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Aladdin, FactSet, and SQL is a plus.
CIPM Certificate preferred.
