About the position

The Senior Associate, Client Service at Aristotle Pacific Capital plays a crucial role in the institutional business development team, focusing on client support, RFP and RFI completions, and maintaining industry databases. This position requires a strong understanding of fixed income markets and emphasizes attention to detail, ownership of responsibilities, and effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in completing various aspects of internal business development functions.
• Complete Requests for Proposal (RFP's) and Requests for Information (RFI's).
• Update industry databases such as eVestment, CallanDNA, and Diligence Vault.
• Support the internal relationship management team.
• Work on ad-hoc projects related to marketing APC's products.
• Work with Bloomberg, FactSet, eVestment reporting, and standardized reports.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3-5 years of industry related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of fixed income markets.
• Attention to detail and a sense of ownership of responsibilities assigned.
• Team-oriented approach and ready to contribute wherever needed.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Responsive, Qvidian, or other RFP software is preferred.
• Openness to evolving responsibilities as business needs change and skills develop.
• Adapts effectively to shifting deadlines and priorities.
• Be adept at recognizing problems and independently recommending ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
