About the position

As a Senior Associate, Client Success Manager at Chase Media Solutions, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with clients by providing an engaging and consultative experience. Your primary focus will be to deliver value through the Chase Offers platform, maximizing revenue growth and client retention. This position requires a proactive approach to account management, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with our transaction-based marketing platform.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong client relationships as a consultative expert from onboarding to execution to upsells and renewals
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and analytics to onboard, execute, and deliver client campaigns
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities by uncovering client needs and objectives
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Conduct readiness meetings, check-ins, and campaign read-outs with clients
  • Capture client feedback to help inform sales/marketing strategy, process improvements, and product enhancements to better deliver for clients

Requirements

  • 2 years of account management, sales, or related client-facing role within the digital media or performance marketing industry
  • Demonstrated customer-focus to meet and exceed expectations across multiple clients and deadlines
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to problem solve and deliver for clients
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of the digital media landscape and the role of account management to deliver successful client solutions
  • Proactive, sense of ownership to deliver for clients in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing, and growing environment

  • Vertical expertise in key consumer categories such as grocery, dining, gas & convenience, retail, travel
