About the position

The Senior Associate, Dasher Fleet Growth Strategy at DoorDash is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance driver acquisition and expand into new business lines. This role requires a blend of analytical and creative thinking, collaboration with various teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the weekly spend allocation process to achieve growth and efficiency targets for adding drivers.
• Iterate and improve the growth planning process to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals through acquisition strategy and execution.
• Analyze complex market dynamics and develop operational testing frameworks to create solutions.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing leads to plan media mix strategy and improve paid acquisition impact.
• Develop playbooks for scaling new acquisition channels across various verticals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in high-performance cultures in consulting, strategy, operations, tech, financial services, analytics, or marketing.
• Strong quantitative proficiency with the ability to pull data in SQL and model in Excel.
• Ability to manage complex projects in a deadline-driven environment and analyze experiment results at a granular level.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills to synthesize complex information clearly.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with a bias towards action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
