About the position
The Senior Associate, Dasher Fleet Growth Strategy role at DoorDash is focused on driving the acquisition and retention of Dashers, the gig workers who deliver for the platform. This position involves market analysis, operational strategy development, and collaboration with various teams to optimize growth and efficiency in driver recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in strategy execution, with a focus on achieving business impact through data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Drive the weekly spend allocation process to achieve growth and efficiency targets for adding drivers.
- Iterate and improve growth planning processes to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly acquisition goals.
- Analyze complex market dynamics and develop operational testing frameworks for solutions.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing leads to plan media mix strategy and improve paid acquisition impact.
- Develop playbooks for scaling new acquisition channels across various verticals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-performance cultures in consulting, strategy, operations, tech, financial services, analytics, or marketing.
- Strong quantitative proficiency with the ability to pull data in SQL and model in Excel.
- Ability to manage complex projects in a deadline-driven environment and analyze experiment results.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a bias towards action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
