The Senior Associate - Digital Product Management role at American Express is a pivotal position within the Back Office Financials & Reconciliation team. This team is dedicated to providing essential capabilities that address the evolving compliance, regulatory, and financial accounting needs of the global American Express Travel and Lifestyle Services (TLS) business. As part of the broader Global Platforms & Services team (GPX), this role is integral in building foundational capabilities through services, data, and automation that enhance customer and agent experiences within TLS, ultimately bringing American Express card membership to life. In this role, you will focus on delivering software solutions that meet the operational, compliance, regulatory, and informational needs of TLS, particularly in financial accounting, supplier reconciliation, and supplier settlement. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business partners, other product teams, and technology teams, to coordinate the delivery of end-to-end solutions and process enhancements. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, designing and configuring solutions within the TLS Back Office application, CentralCommand, and partnering with the technology team to deliver custom software solutions.
