KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice. In this role, you will work closely with clients to conceptualize and determine change management strategies that align with their goals and objectives. You will be responsible for providing guidance to clients, including interactions with C-level executives. Your responsibilities will include defining and driving change management projects, which encompass planning, execution, and assessment. You will support the development and execution of change management plans, which include communications, training, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will coordinate efforts across other engagement workstreams to understand change impacts and develop strategies to support stakeholder progression toward desired outcomes. You will also support business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital, including writing articles, whitepapers, and training efforts. This position requires a minimum of three years of relevant work experience related to change management, including communications, content development, training, stakeholder engagement, and behavioral or cultural change. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required, along with experience in business transformation projects, including process improvement and change management. Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices is essential. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues. The ability to travel as required to support firm engagements is also necessary, along with U.S. Citizenship and an active U.S. Federal Government Secret Security Clearance.
