About the position

The Senior Associate, Integration and Test Engineering role at L3Harris involves supporting the setup, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software systems under test. The position focuses on developing cost-effective testing procedures, generating test plans, and executing tests to ensure systems meet customer requirements. This role is essential in delivering technology solutions that enhance national security.

Responsibilities

• Support the set-up, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software systems under test, including loading software onto multiple devices.
• Support design, development, and implementation of cost-effective procedures for testing and troubleshooting of components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and systems.
• Support development of test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test flow, and test case design and implementation.
• Understand customer needs, generate test procedures, and execute the tests.
• Generate and/or process engineering change orders (ECO's) as required.
• Support formal systems regression and acceptance testing.
• Document testing issues and failures and perform analysis of test results.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related field with 0 to 1 years of prior related experience.
• Active US DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.

• Excellent organization skills
• Effective communication skills in a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with Boundary Scan/LabVIEW/MATLAB/other tools for instrument control.
• Experience with OSHA requirements and ESD best practices
• Familiarity with high speed digital and RF test equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, oscilloscope, logic analyzers, etc.)
• Development of Test Plans and Test Requirements.
